Important Information - Flu Vaccinations

All pupils will have been issued with a letter today, inviting them to sign up for the above vaccination.

Can I ask that the signed consent form is returned as soon as possible to our school office, with the deadline for return being Wednesday 1 September. The vaccinations will take in school on Wednesday 20 October. Arrangements will be shared with pupils nearer the time.
