S3 Vaccinations

All S3 pupils will receive their Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio and Meningitis vaccinations on Monday 21 March. Your child should already have been issued with a consent form and I would ask that, once signed by you, the form is returned as soon as possible to our school office. Failure to return a signed copy of this document may result in your child not getting vaccinated.
